PMOPA is excited to recognize generous sponsors of the 2025 PMOPA Convention & Fly-in at the following levels:

Sponsors may either pay the amount in the range for each level above, or sponsors may choose a combination of the opportunities listed below to add up to each level to qualify as Patron, Bronze, Silver, or Gold sponsor. 

Sponsor Benefits

Gold

• Recognition and signage at the Convention & Fly-in
• One (1) 8'x10' Exhibit booth at the Convention & Fly-in with priority placement for Exhibit Space
• Three (3) Convention & Fly-in registration badges for the Convention & Fly-in
• Opportunity to show up to a 120-second video during a general session (video to be provided by sponsor at least 30 days prior to the Convention)
• PMOPA Magazine and PMOPA Direct editorial content available (sponsor provides content)
• 3 email blasts per year (sponsor provides content for blast)
• Opportunity to conduct a market survey to members
• Listed as sponsor on Convention & Fly-in website and Convention & Fly-in pages of the PMOPA Magazine

Silver

• Recognition and signage at the Convention & Fly-in
• One (1) 8'x10' Exhibit booth at the Convention & Fly-in with priority placement for Exhibit Space
• Two (2) Convention & Fly-in registration badges for the Convention & Fly-in
• Opportunity to present a live “60-second commercial” (e.g., this is what our company can do for you and why you should visit us in our booth) prior to select General Session presentations; a limited number are available and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to Silver sponsors, and upon request
• PMOPA Magazine and PMOPA Direct editorial content available (sponsor provides content) 
• 2 email blasts per year (sponsor provides content)
• Listed as sponsor on Convention & Fly-in website and Convention  & Fly-in pages of the PMOPA Magazine

Bronze

• Recognition and signage at the Convention & Fly-in
• One (1) Convention & Fly-in  registration
• 1 feature in PMOPA Magazine
• 1 email blast per year (e.g., pre-convention specials, promotions)

2025 PMOPA Convention & Fly-in Sponsorship Opportunities 

All sponsorship items are available on a first come, first served basis. Sponsorship inventory will be finalized by January 31, 2025.
