PMOPA will provide breakfast pastries, coffee throughout the day, lunch, and afternoon break snacks. Program agenda is subject to change.

Hotel Recommendations 

Ostend offers a wide range of hotels, in the city as well as around the airport. When making your travel plans, please bear in mind the area is a popular holiday destination and will be busy during the summer. Hotel can be booked at a discount through the airport operator. Please contact the FBO flight administration office via email [email protected]. They will be happy to book the hotel at the FBO discount for you.

Hotels with discount:

  • IBIS budget for €90 single and €105 double, both including breakfast
  • Hotel Rosa, €109 for single and €136 for double, including breakfast
  • Hotel Andromeda (€170 single and €193 double)
  • The Ostendian (€141 single, €164 double).

Nearby Brugge is a top tourist attraction for non-flying companions. Given its medieval charm, it tends to be overly crowded and better suited for a day trip from Oostende.

 

Registration

Registration fees will be determined and registration open early in 2026.

The Registration Fee includes:

  • Morning and Afternoon Breaks on Saturday
  • Lunch on Saturday
  • Education Sessions

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, the following refunds will be applied, based on the date you cancel:

  • May 1st - 90% refund
  • May 31st - 50% refund
  • After May 31st  - no refund

PMOPA incurs costs for an event, even if a registrant cancels. The closer to the event date that the registration is cancelled, the higher the costs incurred by PMOPA. Cancellation fees help offset those costs. PMOPA leadership may consider exceptions to this policy in limited cases of hardship (e.g., hospitalization, death in immediate family) although exceptions to this policy are not guaranteed to be granted.
