The 2026 PMOPA Convention will be held at The Broadmoor, which has been awarded the distinguished Five-Star rating by Forbes Travel Guide for the 66th consecutive year! The Broadmoor remains the longest-running Forbes Five-Star property in the world. PMOPA has secured a room block with very competitive rates for attendees. The PMOPA group rate is only $399/night plus applicable taxes. Our rate includes the $45 daily resort fee. 

Unfortunately, our room block at The Broadmoor has sold out on several nights and the hotel is completely sold out on two of the nights, so PMOPA is unable to add rooms to our block. We have a limited number of rooms at the nearby Courtyard Marriott.

Airport & FBO

PMOPA attendees are encouraged to fly into the Colorado Springs International Airport (KCOS) and use Cutter Aviation FBO's services. Cutter has allocated their South Ramp for PMOPA Convention attendee parking.  

Transportation

PMOPA will provide transportation between Cutter Aviation FBO and The Broadmoor on Thursday and Sunday.  

ARRIVALS - Thursday, October 8 | 9:30am-6:30pm MDT

• Two shuttles will operate on a continuous loop (anticipating pick-up every 45 minutes)
• PMOPA will provide transportation from the FBO to The Broadmoor beginning at 9:30am MDT
  
• The last shuttle bus will depart the FBO at 6:30pm MDT

DEPARTURES - Sunday, October 11 | 6:00am-12:30pm MDT

• Two shuttles will operate on a continuous loop (anticipating pick-up every 45 minutes)
• Shuttles will run on a continuous loop beginning at 6am
• The last shuttle will depart The Broadmoor at approximately 12:30pm MDT
