Important Details

• Retail Value: The retail value for this one-year membership is $32,000. Therefore, the minimum acceptable bid is $7,500 for live auctions.
• Residency Restrictions: The winning bidder must not live within 75 miles of any Dormie Network property or have a vacation home within that vicinity.
  
  
• Previous Membership: The winning bidder cannot be a prior Dormie Network member or donated member.
  
  
• Individual Use: This membership is intended for individual use only and does not qualify as a corporate (Signature) membership.
  
  
• Property-Specific Requirements: The Dormie Clubs in Pinehurst, North Carolina, and GrayBull (opening Fall 2024) require a cottage stay for members to play.
  
  
• Post-Membership Opportunity: After the 12-month trial period, the winning bidder will have the opportunity to continue their membership with Dormie Network as a dues-paying member, without ever having to pay an initiation fee.
