Airport & FBO

If you're flying your plane in to Austin for the 2024 PMOPA Convention & Fly-in, PMOPA's events committee selected Henrikson Jet Center at Austin Executive Airport (KEDC) as the host FBO and airport. PMOPA will provide shuttle transportation between Henrikson Jet Center and the J.W. Marriott Austin hotel on the schedule provided below, under Transportation. If you prefer to rent a car Go Rentals is on site at Henrikson Jet Center;  Avis and Enterprise cars are available on request. 

The full-service FBO is open 24 hours a day and will extend significant discounts on 100LL and Jet A fuel services to PMOPA members flying in for the Convention. The self-service 100LL station will be unavailable during our event to minimize movement on the ramp. The discounted AvGas rate will be lower than the FBO's self-serve rate.     AvGas: $6.15 Jet: $4.90   Members do not need to call in to make a reservation with the FBO, unless your arrival/departure time has changed from what you stated when you registered. Simply provide the front desk with a credit card upon arrival.

Please note that hangar space will not be available during our event due to near-capacity levels with the FBO's based tenants. All parking will be accommodated on the ramp. 

Transportation

ARRIVALS - Thursday, October 31 | 9:00am-6:30pm CDT
PMOPA will provide transportation from the FBO to the JW Marriott Austin beginning at 9:00am CDT. 
The last shuttle bus will depart the FBO at 6:30pm CDT.

ARRIVALS - Friday, November 1 | 9:00am-1:30pm CDT

PMOPA will provide transportation from the FBO to the JW Marriott Austin beginning at 9:00am CDT. 
The last bus to the hotel will leave the FBO at 1:30pm.

Please note that on Friday, the Exhibit Hall opens at 1:00pm and lunch will be provided. Make plans to arrive before 1:00pm to take full advantage of exhibit hall, lunch, etc. The Convention education program will begin promptly at 3:00pm.

DEPARTURES - Sunday, November 3 | 12:15-4:15pm CST

PMOPA will provide shuttle transportation from the JW Marriott Austin to the FBO at the conclusion of the Convention Education Program. Shuttles will run on a continuous loop beginning at 12:15pm and with the last shuttle departing the hotel at 4:15pm CST.
